Field Videographers

CATV currently seeks part-time Field Videographers with an interest in local government/community events for our government and field producing teams.

Preferred familiarity and experience:  digital video and audio operating, ATEM Switchers, Tricaster Switchers, Camera Operation (including multi-camera operation), OBS/Zoom live streaming, comfort and flexibility in fast-paced, changing work environment, strong communication skills. If you have sufficient basic video production experience and are an eager learner, we can teach you the rest.  Videographers on our team cover select board and school board meetings in the following towns: Hartland, Hartford, Norwich VT; Hanover and Lebanon NH.  Community events include lectures, live performance, activism, and documentary profiles.   Must have a valid driver’s license, be able lift up to 45 lbs, and be available to work nights.  If you are looking for steady freelance work that serves the public by providing transparency in governmental meetings and showcasing the local community, please send a cover letter with resume including relevant experience and 2 references to: samantha@catv8.org

Production Assistants

CATV currently seeks part-time Production Assistants (PAs) with an interest in local government/community events for our government and field producing teams.

Preferred familiarity and experience:  basic digital video and audio operating, comfort and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment, strong communication skills.  If you are an eager learner, we will teach you the rest on the job.
